El Proyecto Inmobiliario is an independent real estate agency based on the Costa Blanca, in the heart of the Alicante province. We support French, Belgian and Dutch-speaking families who want to buy, sell or rent in Spain — in their language, from first contact to handing over the keys.
Our clients have real, concrete projects: finding a holiday home in the sun, planning their retirement in Spain, investing in rental property, spending a few weeks with family, or escaping the northern European winter from October to May. Our role is to make that project simple, safe and stress-free — regardless of the administrative complexity behind the scenes.

Are you an owner? We handle everything: listing, tenant selection, check-in / check-out, cleaning, routine maintenance and contractor coordination. You receive your rental income — we manage the rest.
